This gives the owner an objective assessment and more security in order to be able to tackle the next steps in the company’s development in a targeted manner.
Over the course of his professional career, Holger Garbrecht has successfully mastered economic crises and carried out company sales and acquisitions as well as restructuring and succession situations several times. These experiences flow into his advice with his consistent focus on family businesses and an independent entrepreneurial perspective.

- Consulting contract: Summary of the results of the discussion and detailed agreement on the process and goal of the consultation
- SWOT analysis: Focus on organization, processes, management personnel as well as market and competitive situation
- Results paper: Summary of the results with concrete recommendations for action
- Optional: Advisory support in the implementation phase
